Dear Families,

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving break.  It has been nice to settle back into school this week, knowing that we have ample time before the next day off.  We also had a great Parent Partnership on Monday, with more than half the student body in attendance!  Please enjoy the photos below.

A few reminders for you this week:

Now that it is consistently below freezing outside, children must wear hats, mittens/gloves, snow pants, and a coat for recess.  We do have extras here, but please help send your child prepared for winter.

We have sent home a flyer with the important dates for you to know in December.  That flyer can also be found here.

Slots are still available for observation in your child's classroom.  Observation is a fantastic way to see what your child's day looks like.  Please contact Zitlali to schedule a time.

Cornerstone Cafe is next Friday, December 7, at 8:30am.  Amber Osterkamp will join us; we look forward to seeing many of you there!

We have also scheduled a lice check for the entire school next Friday morning.  Nitpickers will come to check each child.  If your child is found to have lice, we notify you directly, along with suggestions for eradication.

As always, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your child's experience at Cornerstone.
