Dear Families,

It is remarkable that we are already nearly to the end of October.  It has certainly been an interesting fall, and I hope you are all keeping safe, healthy, and warm.

Conference Links

Daylin has contacted all families who have not yet signed up for a conference on October 29-30.  You can return her call at 651-774-5000 to get help signing up, or visit to register.  Conferences this fall will be conducted by Zoom; individual links will be distributed to families in each class.  Please note there is no school on these two days, nor is childcare available this year.  We look forward to sharing your child’s successes with you!

Winter Clothes

Winter arrived early this year!  If your child is on-site, please make sure they have a hat, gloves/mittens, winter jacket, snow pants, and boots.  Ideally these items will all be labeled with your child’s name or initials.  If you need assistance gathering these items, we will be happy to assist.  Thank you!

Masks for Sale

One of our wonderful parents, Sarah Stocco, is selling cozy masks in sizes for both adults and children.  Masks are $10 each and Sarah will work with Cornerstone to make accommodations if cost is a barrier.  If you would like to order masks, you can contact Sarah at  If you need financial assistance to obtain a mask, please contact me at and I will make the necessary arrangements.

Election Day - November 3

You do not need us to tell you that this election is deeply important for the future of the United States.  If you are able, I want to encourage you to vote early.  Please click here to access your polling location for day-of voting, your early voting site, and the locations of drop-boxes for mail-in ballots.  You can also register to vote or check to see if you are already registered.  Election Day is November 3 and long lines are expected.  Vote early, if you can, and please let us know if we can support you in this process in any way.

Have a warm weekend,
